As a Business Analyst, I moved from the operations team over to the finance team and was tasked to further develop our analytical framework and assist the finance department with their day to day operations. On the analytics side, I analyzed large data sets and created dynamic reports and dashboards for the corporate team to use. This analysis helped our departments and stakeholders understand key metrics and identify areas for improvement. In addition to my analytics work, I also managed our legal documentation process for both new and existing franchise owners. I quickly familiarized myself with all of our legal agreements and executed our processes flawlessly. I also became responsible for territory mapping and designed strong territories across the country for the Franchise Development team to market. These responsibilities provided a strong foundation for my current role as Director of Franchise Development.

In my role as a Franchise Support Specialist, I was responsible for providing direct and indirect technical support to franchisees across all BFB brands. I quickly became a subject matter expert on all software platforms and effectively managed our internal ticketing system for franchisee support. I was also involved in new franchisee on-boarding, which included developing additional training materials to ensure that business owners had the resources needed to launch and grow their businesses. In addition to supporting our franchise owners, I also provided insightful analytical support to the corporate team that helped drive key business decisions. This ultimately became the framework for my future responsibilities as a Business Analyst.
