I never imagined I would have an opportunity to live out one of my dreams, but those dreams rapidly became reality. As a former Technical Media Director at WTVY-TV in Dothan, AL, I have been trained in local broadcast master control and directing live newscasts using Ross OverDrive.Each day I dedicate myself to put 100% towards the tasks at hand. It was a pleasure to sit behind the desk and put a good, clean newscast on the air! Now, I have shifted to the broadcast and IT engineering department. This change lets me help each department accomplish their mission effectively and efficiently.Prior to my start at WTVY, I volunteered at my local church for about five years before being offered a paid position as a media technician. I was responsible for video production, photography, graphics projects, and media resource allocation. I continue to assist the church in certain projects throughout the year.I am eager for the road ahead and what places I am able to visit next. I love having a creative mindset, and plan to use it to the best of my ability wherever I go!
