Hello, my name is Austin Norris, and I am a Sophomore at the University of South Florida. I am majoring in Business Analytics and Info Systems, and I plan on graduating with my bachelor's degree in two years. Through my coursework, I have developed a solid foundation in analytics, data management, and information systems, providing me with the basic tools for me to use in the future. I don't have a concrete idea of what job I will want once I graduate, but I know that I will have the skills and the drive to succeed in whatever situation I find myself in. My goal is to get an internship that would allow me to apply my academic knowledge in a real-world setting, where I work on projects involving data analysis. The hands-on experience would not only deepen my technical skills but also offer valuable insights into the day-to-day challenges that a business faces. I am a very hard worker, and I will always put my best foot forward when it comes to important tasks that I have to get done. Even though I don't as have much real-world experience as I would like, I have taken many classes at USF that will lead me in the right direction. I have a good understanding of many software that are used in the business world like Excel and Tableau, and I am always open to learning new things.
