Social Media Grader is a web platform that will programmatically analyze the performance of a social media site and provide a score to help CMOs and other marketing professionals properly manage their digital marketing budget. SMG is designed to instantly provide a free report on your social media pages and suggest how you can improve.Developed the following features: • Built an error logging microservice which stores errors from both the back and front end of the application. • Created user reports that scraped user’s social media profiles using Facebook and Twitter APIs. • Built and maintained email microservices across application using Sendgrid. Services include error reports and user social media reports via email. • Created Hangfire services for scheduling background cron jobs. Responsibilities included: • Maintaining code by refactoring and creating unit tests for test driven development. • Found and fixed bugs in backlog throughout application. • Deploying new builds of application to the web using FTP, Azure and AWS. • Peer reviewed pull requests assuring style guides and code quality were followed. • Created responsive email templates for all outgoing emails for the application. • Developed new user and admin pages as needed.
