Oversee compensation and benefits areas for international markets outside mainland China as corporate CoE role, develop high-level long-term strategy and annual Total Rewards Strategy review process and operating model. Consolidate, develop or revamp compensation structures for each market to reflect business strategies and incentive-wise needs. Re-structure global benefits framework and differentiate market benefits strategies based on different stage of business development.Streamline processes, consolidate vendors, leverage global resources for international markets.

Develop total rewards strategy for China retail business (Hypermarket, Supermarket, Memberships and Logistics), support retail business as C&B functional partner.Design and implement comprehensive workforce solution for retail units together with other CoE functions, to support retail business on productivity and Total Rewards competitiveness needs.

Support retail business in staffing, C&B, labor relations and engagement area from corporate side as HRBP role.

Serve retail unit in staffing and associate engagement areas.

Be responsible for sales of analgesic products in 1 Guangzhou sub-market via demand analysis, professional presentation and marketing events.
