Ever since I was able to understand the definition of teaching I was intrigued. You ask what " teach" means. To show or explain to (someone) how to do something." But there is more to that. When I get the opportunity to coach and teach a person the outcome is extraordinary. The outcome of everything that I have implied on staff members to better themselves for their job is a great feeling. This is why I love training. My passion is to see other people who succeed, and make a fun working environment. Like a wise mentor once told me "if you are successful I'm successful". Like that was said to me, I will always do whatever it takes to make that person successful.
