Construct proposals to secure capital equipment, assist with the production of quality parts, create programs to machine aluminum parts, continuously improve processes, aid in the design and production of new products, identify cost savings, basic Fanuc programming, assist with the evolution of a web based design software, lead Designers and interns, perform monthly lean audit

Design and fabricate aluminum extrusion frames, collaborate with others to make optimal decisions, create quotes for customers, create detailed drawings, organize inventory, purchase items

Physically load/unload packages, read labels, sort packages, move trailers and trucks to proper locations, communicate through a two-way radio

• Perform office duties, execute maintenance on units, communicate policies clearly, maintain lawn appearance, handle conflicts with customers rationally

• Conduct delivery/shipment of plants, maintain greenhouse image, demonstrate basic knowledge of plants to customers, analyze non-pruned trees, operate machinery

• Ensure adequate feed is available, precision with feeding, direct animals to destination, operate milking machines, give vaccinations

• Maintain security, enforce policies, initiate maintenance, conduct landscaping, spearhead lawn care, keep facility neat and organized
