As the Chief of Staff at humanature, a design management firm specializing in organizational design strategy, I work to seamlessly blend client engagement, consulting, and operations management.Additionally, I serve as a Senior Fellow at the Wealth + Work Futures Lab, part of Drexel University's Lindy Institute for Urban Innovation. In this role, I contribute to shaping the lab's direction and operations, supporting collaboration among team members, and managing various projects. This work aligns with my interest in cooperative economic development and my commitment to creating more equitable avenues for wealth building, income access, and overall well-being.With a Master's degree in Global Fashion Enterprise from Thomas Jefferson University and a background in business marketing, I bring a unique blend of analytical and creative skills to their work. I also hold certifications in product management, social innovation and community-based system dynamics. I often seek out ways to expand my skill set to better serve their mission of creating more equitable and human-centered systems.I am particularly interested in disrupting dominant societal and cultural measures that determine the affordance of opportunities.
