Responsible for database administration of a proprietary donor relationship management system built on SQL and Microsoft Access. Developed a training curriculum and authored instruction manuals for all of IDC's data warehousing and analysis processes. Trained all new employees in the use of software applications and technologies related to the functions of a Data Executive, including VBA & SQL. Developed and maintained several SQL databases and applications used for importing, analyzing, and reporting on private demographic data and philanthropic campaign statistics.
