As a counter intelligence agent, I was responsible for resolving any computer issues that would come our way. This included regular clean-ups and tune-ups, but it also involved more difficult issues like removing viruses and reverting computers from damage that might have been done because of the viruses. I also worked with clients on the counter and over the phone to resolve technical issues or to just answer any questions they might want to ask about technology.

As the IT intern, I worked with Adobe tools to prepare sermons for online viewing. This involved cutting the video down, leveling audio levels, and exporting the video to a proper format and size. I also ran wire throughout the church building.
