-Deliver extensive support by diagnosing and resolving a variety of software, hardware, and connectivity issues. This role also includes configuring and managing user accounts and permissions to uphold the domain's integrity.-Analyze and respond to security alerts and incidents in CrowdStrike and Azure, prioritizing threats, investigating incidents, and coordinating response efforts with end-users.-Oversee user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, including setting up new accounts, resetting passwords, and adjusting permissions to ensure users have the appropriate access levels.-Create, assign, and configure user accounts, licenses, and permissions for the Office 365 suite. Additionally, address and resolve phishing attempts to protect tenant confidentiality and integrity.-Develop and maintain documentation for IT procedures and policies, including knowledge base articles, user guides, and other resources, to ensure team members have access to accurate and up-to-date information.-Assist in the development and implementation of end-user security practices. Including MFA setup and roll out, and verbal training in relation to phishing attempts and internet security best practices.

During my time at BMW I was moved into an inventory role. I was responsible for keeping track of the part numbers and stock on hand, and ordering to meet the production demand. Any issues with inventory were solved by this position.
