Notable achievements include:- Led the development and launch of Roblox Hack Week: a four-part docuseries. Within three months, the series has just under 800k views. - Led the development of our Careers Site with updated messaging, content, design, and job search functionality.     In this role, my main goals were to attract, engage, retain and recruit top talent globally for Visa. In order to do this, we uncovered our employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand identity, using this understanding to create targeted marketing campaigns and engagements to tell the story of what makes Visa a great place to be and its people great to work with. I've had experiences managing recruiting/engagement plans for events such as Grace Hopper, NSBE, Out & Equal, SXSW, Olympics, NFL and others. I created digital content that told the stories of our employees and workplace and how Visa helped them achieve their "everywhere." I set the strategic direction for our social media strategy, starting our @LifeAtVisa Instagram account and managing our Glassdoor and LinkedIn pages and relationships. Lastly, I partnered with my awesome HR colleagues to plan various employee engagement events and programs that established Visa as a best-in-class employer committed to the success and growth of its employees. I'm so grateful that so early in my career I had several unique opportunities to work with and manage agencies, manage large budgets, plan events and set strategic direction for Visa's brand as an employer of choice.     During the summer after my sophomore year, I participated in Northwestern's Global Engagement Summer Institute (GESI), a program geared towards experiential learning about international development and social impact. I spent the summer in Cochabamba, Bolivia at PDAI (Programa de Desarrollo Agropecuario Integrado), a local microfinance not-for profit whose mission is to provide periurban potato farmers with loans in the form of assets or in this case, water irrigation systems. As a team of four, we were tasked with understanding how the farmers were using the systems, what were the problems that the farmers were facing, and what needed to be done to fix it. In addition to creating an proper care and education program for the farmers, we created a new component of the system that extended its life and improved its effectiveness. This experience really helped me form a passion for international development and financial inclusion that I am able to use in my job at Visa today.
