I work with different LOB (Line of Business) within Optum to analyze and create action plans to help optimize their processes by using distinct channel analytics and data, for them to become more efficient, and ultimately help them save time and money. I also work closely with our OGS (Optum Global Services) team in India to create dashboards for data visualization, and reporting systems to help speed up our process of creating the action plans.

I would dig and construct multiple different styles of pools, depending on the customers wants and needs. After the construction is done, I make sure the measurements align correctly. Then I place a layer of pool krete over the dirt on the bottom and sides so we can insert the liner into the pool. Then I would clean up the area around the pool to keep it looking nice and presentable. I also worked maintenance if there were problems with the chemicals or if there were any faulty machines.

I looked at the supplies and inventory to see if we had all the necessary supplies/equipment for the jobs in the future. I also would pack and organize the trucks and shop before we leave to go to the customers house. Then meet with the customer and see what they wanted moved. Then pack the truck(s), bring it to the customers new house and unload the truck according to where they wanted everything placed.
