- Develop and grow a new territory and team of recruiters- Expand client base through cold calling, social media contact, leads gathering, networking, and proactively marketing candidates- Conduct meetings with hiring managers to fully qualify requirements and/or projects- Lead daily recruiter meetings and sales meetings around the execution of strategies, gaps, and areas for Improvement- Source qualified engineering professionals through various recruiting tools including LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Boards, Networking Events, and more.- Screen potential consultants through interviews and reference checks, while learning about their goals, skills, and interests to ensure alignment- Communicate work opportunities and prepared consultants for their interviews and starting their new roles- Maintain a network of consultants that align with top industry-specific skill sets
