I was responsible for cooking, cutting, boxing, and receipting each order. I had to keep track of each order and stack them together without forgetting any additional pieces. I was also making dough from scratch and preparing it to be stretched for later pizzas. I cleaned the kitchen at least once during my shift and again before closing. The kitchen didn’t open until 4 meaning I was able to work their full hours from 4-10 and go to school.
