Maintenance Technician
CurrentI currently work at Lattitude36foods as a maintenance technician. Here I work on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machinery.This is a food packaging plant so i adhere by all food safety standards when performing work.My daily tasks include, responding to maintenance calls, disassembling and reassembling machinery for cleaning, adjusting/replacing conveyor board assemblies, conducting complete PM’s of all machines that go down for longer than 4 hours for cleans, checking all safety guards are in good condition, and generally just looking around to assure everything is in good condition.I have worked with 480 VAC, 120 VAC, 24 VDC, pneumatics, AC and DC motors and drives, troubleshooting safety sensor circuits using electrical schematics to see where to check for voltage, gear systems, very fine tuning level adjustments, replacing belts, chains, shafts, bearings, bucket elevator systems, troubleshooting encode issues, rebuilding printhead carriages, replacing circuit boards, and so much more but those are the most notable.I worked with allfill ropak high speed packer, Ilapak Vega 5000, Vega 6000, carerra 1000, and 1500s, Viking masek vertical bagger and stick pack spice bagger, ishida weight scale, Yamato weight scale, ishida checkwiegher, ishida metal detector, ishida Xray, and safeline metal detector.
