I started working for Chili's right out of high school as a host, but eventually worked my way up to bartender and manager of the Conway, AR location. I worked with Chili's for over 7 years, and during my time at Chili's our restaurant was consistently in the top 5 stores in the company for Sales, sales competitions, and was given awards for restaurant cleanliness and outstanding customer service. While working for Chili's, I completed my Bachelor's Degree in Criminology at the University of Central Arkansas. Also while at UCA, I worked at Arkansas Game and Fish Commission as a Radio Technician. This gave me the opportunity to network with important figures in the law enforcement field in my area, as I was responsible for ensuring all non factory equipment worked properly on their patrol vehicles. I worked there for nearly a year, and resigned when my school schedule would no longer allow me to work there. Upon completion of my degree, I resigned from Chili's, and began Little Rock Police Department's 6 month Police Academy. Upon graduation, I received awards for Top Overall Recruit, Top Firearms Score, and Top Physical Fitness Score. Since working for LRPD, I have received Letters of Accommodations in regards to outstanding work, whether it be positive interactions with the public, making investigative and interdiction style felony arrests, or using my own investigative knowledge to assist in identifying suspects of felonious crimes.
