• Perform scoping walkthroughs of customer sites to determine energy efficiency opportunities• Review project proposals for acceptance and compliance with energy efficiency program guidelines and goals• Consult with customer and internal and external stakeholders face-to-face, in writing, and using electronic means• Work collaboratively with energy efficiency program management staff to develop and implement customer project strategies• Write technical analysis reports to communicate expected savings, costs• Manage multiple projects through all phases ensuring customer expectations are met; communicate all deviations and resolutions in a timely manner• Provide technical support to PGE’s senior energy efficiency engineers
