Responsible for takeover/start up of Pep Boys DC in Plainfield IN delivering to Pep Boys retail and service locations in Chicago, Detroit, Pittsburgh and Indiana.Train and manage shift supervisor, load planner, and 14 full time drivers. Oversee all equipment such as trailers, pallet jacks, and tractors used in the operation. Profit and loss responsibility, responsible for all communication directly with Pep Boys local team and senior leadership, and implemented more efficient logistics solutions for backhaul securement, deliveries and DC to DC shipments.After year one of operation, successful came in over planned revenue and pretax, lead company in on time delivery, and trained, hired, and transferred all new staff and drivers from original carrier.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

Supervise and oversee 30+ CDL drivers, both lease drivers and full time employees. Manage day to day operations and deliveries and coordinate with customers and drivers. Responsible for the start up of the warehouse and worked with billing and IT to structure a business plan. Responsible for payroll, dispatch, scheduling, and equipment for whole account.

Supervised moving operations in Saudi Arabia. Worked in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Dubai on logistic and warehousing projects. Training in all areas of Move One and learning international business and management. Been a part of the removal of US Military equipment in Afghanistan. Worked with Samsung Construction in the removal of equipment from the Jebel Ali Palm in Dubai. Set up a warehouse in Erbil Iraq for Landmark, Dell and Ericsson. Lead packing crews in household moves in Dubai. Spent six months in Health and Safety training and I have my IOSH certificate and certified in first aid.

I was responsible for the delivery and installation of household appliances. I was in charge of routing the delivery truck and managing the warehouse stock. I did this while in the US.
