My first rotation within the Financial Leadership Development Program at Aetna, a CVS Health Company was on the Transformation Product & Services Finance team. This role required financial planning and analysis with corresponding tools (Excel, Hyperion, etc.), presentation skills to senior management, and the ability to complete complex ad-hoc requests in a timely manner. In addition, it required proficiency booking journal entries into Oracle and basic accounting background.
