- In charge of managing projects from APAC area - Supervising the whole process of assessment projects from assessment’s set-up to assessment’s result generation - Processing clients’ queries on assessment set-up, result generation and other project-related matters - Liaising with clients on outstanding payment - Dealing with clients’ credit rating control - Coordinating with invoice team to raise invoices for clients in a timely manner.
