At Gartner we deliver actionable, objective insight that drives smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organization’s mission-critical priorities. I work with Health and Human Services executives and their teams to apply these insights to their specific challenges and opportunities. This often includes leading projects to holistically transform and modernize dated government IT systems to improve the efficiency of government operations and the customer service experience for citizens. These transformations cover a range of organizational challenges and issues; IT modernization strategies and roadmaps, IT architecture/standards/governance, stakeholder engagement and communication including with the executive and legislative branches, organizational change management and organizational model development, business process re-engineering, and large-scale procurement strategy and support.I pursued specializations in Public Management, Public Finance, and Community Economic Development, as an MBA/MPP candidate at Georgetown. I am interested in artificial intelligence, big tech, cloud migration, and technology modernization bringing benefits to the public sector. Food policy (waste, health, and safety regulation) and hunger issues are passion issues as well.In the Spring of 2015 I interned for the tax team with the Senate Committee on Finance. Over the summer of 2015, I worked for the PMO team in the office of the COO at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Before my time at Georgetown, I spent 2.5 years in communications and human experience design consulting, primarily with one of America's largest financial services companies. At Sparks Grove/North Highland I gained leadership experience and skills in project management, internal and external communications, workforce training, financial literacy education, and business strategy. I started my career at Chick-fil-A, Inc. running their mobile and e-commerce solutions and their digital coupon platform.
