I am currently an Analyst Relations Specialist with AWS in Austin, Texas. As an AR Specialist, I am dedicated to shaping the narrative around Industry Analyst's evaluations of AWS and our technology offerings. My role allows me to bridge the gap between AWS's innovative solutions and the insights of key analysts who influence market perceptions and decisions. With a strong background in communications and a deep understanding of the technology landscape, I am passionate about translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories that resonate both externally with the analysts, and also internally with key stakeholders.Prior to my career in Analyst Relations, I worked full-time as a Real Estate agent based out of Dripping Springs, Texas and serve the Greater Austin area assisting buyers and sellers accomplish their Real Estate goals. Customer service was my top priority and I strived to care for each one of my clients transactions as though it were my own. I was in the industry since early in 2020. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor's degree in Geography and a minor in Business. I walked on to the football team at UT and I learned how to work together in both large and small groups, and how to solve problems. After earning several honor roll awards, I achieved my biggest academic accomplishment in my final season on the team by making Academic All-Big 12 Second Team. I have recently completed the Certified Industry Analyst Relations Professional (CIARP) exam through The Knowledge Capital Group's Analyst Relations Academy. Prior to Real Estate, I worked as a Back Office Administrator at Cain Electrical Supply out of Carlsbad, New Mexico. Here I acted as sort of a Swiss-Army knife participating in floor sales and invoice entry to managing the day-to-day back office tasks to keep the office running smoothly. I also took on data management and financial analytics for some of our larger Oil & Gas customers in order to track and better manage their spending on large projects. My first job out of college was my work as a Business Integrity Analyst at Pro Unlimited. It was here that I learned how a full-time office functions and was given several small leadership roles where I applied the skills that I learned during my studies and time in athletics. Finding a way to connect skills from different aspects of my journey through professional life has been extremely rewarding and satisfying.Competencies: CIARP, MS Excel, Power BI, Word, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Social Media Management
