Responsibilities: ● Business reporting (currently the weekly ExCo deck and a contribution to the quarterly board pack) Risk, issue and dependency management across the programme ● Programme planning support and management of the milestone plan(s) - creating and maintaining the plan with Delivery Director and Senior Delivery Manager(s) ● Financial management for Capex budget on behalf of Delivery Director, including raising POs, chasing suppliers, ensuring invoices correct, working with finance on reporting etc ● Coordinating delivery reporting and working with Delivery Managers to understand data, trends, etc to start to see patterns and forecast opportunities, challenges etc in delivery with Senior Delivery Manager & Delivery Director ● Support Delivery Director with resource management across team, inc BA work - Promote agility where possible and constantly challenge ways of working

Responsibilities:● Define the workstreams, deliverables, and roles & responsibilities required to deliver project objectives ● Governance – apply appropriate controls to manage risks, financials, resources and change ● Agree key stakeholders and appropriate communication plan for each project ● Initiate projects effectively, securing and aligning a team behind what needs to be achieved ● Breakdown the work scheduled into detailed project plan and budget. Hold people to account if they do not deliver.● Chair the project steering committee ● Impact assess projects against the company Operating Process to ensure major impacts are identified ● Communicate project Status including progress tracking, risk management and project forecasts ● Tracking against Objectives, Deliverables, Budget and performance KPI’s and ensure the business case is reviewed formally at each gate request ● Provide timely and accurate project reporting and feedback ● Ensure project is transitioned smoothly to BAU ● Project Analysis including lessons learned and objective/ benefit realisation ● Manage multiple projects in line with company project management approach

● Product management for the entire network. BAU operations as well as identifying areas for improvement and planning a solution, presenting the solution and budget to the board before implementing.● Development and execution of bespoke software solutions, including planning, budget, resource allocation, development, testing, and release. ● IT Change portfolio, project management + delivery including website design and release, integrating third-party software coordinating with multinational external developers and consultants, PCI compliance and GDPR process implementation, and customer journey (digital and physical).● Creation of the annual Commercial Plan for the Virtual Network. Targeted on profit I create and present the annual business plan for the Virtual Network to the Board.● Supplier relationship and performance management for all suppliers (UK + International) to the virtual network (10+).● I influence the senior leaders of the organisation, having a weekly business update with the CEO, fortnightly attendance with the Board and fortnightly meetings with the CFO.● CRM system management, training, trouble shooting and crisis management● Physical and digital marketing – Both direct and partner support in this area.● Overall responsibility and decision making for all operational aspects of running a mobile phone network.

● IT Procurement and relationship management ● Day to day systems support and crisis management. ● Systems set-up for all new starters, new teams, and campaigns to the wider business group● Implementation of ticketing system to increase performance and tracking of all IT department activity

● Delivery of above-target network sales compliance (>82%). ● Training and reporting sales compliance. ● Customer Service team management dealing with day to day customer queries and escalations● Department process reviews to increase the efficiency of the team and provide better service delivery to customers
