--Lead author and analyst for impacts to air quality resources sections of the following Department of Energy (DOE) EIS, conducted for the DOE's Clean Coal Power Initiative: Mesaba Energy Project EIS with a proposed action to construct a 1,200-MW integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) electric power plant in the Iron Range of Minnesota; and the FutureGen Project EIS with a proposed action to construct a coal-based, 275MW IGCC, near-zero-emissions electric power plant that would capture and sequester CO2 emissions and produce hydrogen gas as a by-product. --Managed the technical work and budget for project tasks to updated the United States Naval Academy Emissions Certification and Compliance Certification reports for its Title V permits.--Conducted an Environmental Compliance Evaluation audit at MCLB Barstow and MCB Camp Pendleton’s in California to assess the effectiveness of installations Air Quality Management Programs in complying with the state and Federal CAA requirements.--Managed the technical work and budget for the regulatory support task for the company's Headquarters Marine Corps Environmental Core Support Contract: Researched and assessed new, proposed, and existing Federal, state, and local environmental regulations for impact to the Marine Corps installations.

--Provided technical support to environmental managers and chemical engineers at several chemical manufacturing plants in order to update the facilities' Clean Air Act Title V permits because of process changes and modifications at the facilities.--Prepared hazardous material handling and hazardous waste management guides and training materials for employees at Koch Petrochemical in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Hazard Communication requirements under 29 CFR 1910.1200(a). --Inspected employees’ workstations and hazardous waste accumulation areas to provide technical support and recommendations for improving the Hazardous Waste Management Program at Boeing Aerospace Support Center so that the facility would comply with the environmental safety and occupational health (ESOH) requirements.--Conducted studies at several Air National Guard (ANG) bases to determine impact to their operation as a result of the new revised National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) for ground level ozone and PM2.5.--Reviewed and identified deficiencies in CAA required documents and made recommendations for improvement and ensured that a Texas ANG base avoided notices of violation from the state's environmental agency.--Prepared a study that evaluated the applicability and provided recommendations for compliance with the Aerospace NESHAP requirements at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma.--Conducted onsite field work for the remediation of the Tar Creek Superfund site in Oklahoma (including door-to-door notification of the project's objective, collecting and documenting soil and water samples, and documenting remediation activities through photographs and videos)

ASAP® was a Windows-based software application that allows the user to select pertinent waste and project data (e.g., waste media, regulatory goal, suspected contaminants) from pull down menus and retrieved required/recommended procedures for sampling and analyzing the waste streams. ASAP® also generated electronic sampling and analysis plan based on user’s choices.
