I have chosen to focus my career on work that makes a significant impact in ensuring all generations of all living things live well - environmentally, socially and economically.I have a rich and eclectic career history spanning many decades in the property sector with Lendlease from graduate beginnings on construction sites, through learning / organisational design roles to over fifteen years in sustainability. I am actively involved in industry groups focused on sustainability in property and flexible working. I hold degrees in architecture and an executive MBA and will be completing the Australian Institute of Company Director's course in December 2024. I am a creative, pragmatic & broad thinker. I enjoy setting and executing strategy, leading people & teams to both excel and enjoy their work, all things learning & development and facilitating groups of all sizes to think clearly and purposefully.
