In this role I have implemented, managed and maintained hardware and software systems consisting of mixed server and client environments ensuring 99.999% up-time. Upgraded computers in elementary schools in the Durham District School Board to meet hardware and software requirements. Acted as team leader with the goal of computer upgrading and distribution. Deployed Tivoli Provisioning Manager (TMP) over large scale networks to distribute software remotely. Organized and documented upgrade, deployment and redistribution of various electronic devices.
