-Lead talent booking process for Complex and BuzzFeed's staple shows Full Size Run, Complex 360 and multi-award winning Sneaker Shopping.-Successfully pitch and secure A-list talent for BuzzFeed and Complex sponsored content, including Ben Affleck, Will Smith, Kai Cent, Pharrell, Kamala Harris, amongst other influencers, showcasing strong negotiation skills and the ability to build influential relationships with talent and their representatives.-Lead talent outreach for Complex’s two staple tentpole events: ComplexLand, an immersive digital experience and ComplexCon, a 2-day cultural festival, resulting in 114.4M media impressions and sold out ticket sales respectfully.-Partner with diverse top tier brands, including HBO, Spotify, Levi’s, Hulu and more to secure talent for branded campaigns and events. -Secured talent for Complex’s first ever voting campaign Pull Up & Vote, which resulted in over 13.9M impressions with coverage in Variety, Axios, the LA Times and more. -Collaborate with internal and external legal teams, providing talent agreements inclusive of talent fee for branded, video, and editorial opportunities.-Responsible for managing talent (and team) relations on location during shoots.-Build and maintain strong relationships with internal Legal, Development, Sales, Communications team and external agents, publicists, and managers.
