Senior Product Manager
Current• Driving more than $300M in annual revenue spread across small-market to enterprise-level customers while serving as product area lead for Cision’s suite of legacy communications products• Conducting usage analysis using Pendo, Fullstory and leveraging customer anecdotes to facilitate product discovery and vision, strategy, and roadmap iteration to create a more intuitive UX• Managing development of an internal tool leveraging Looker Studio, which is used to evaluate content usage across Cision platforms and to inform decisions related to third-party application services and content partnerships• Leading an average 9% increase in MAU compared to the previous monthly maximum for the entirety of the media contact database search experience, email outreach experience, and the media coverage monitoring, dashboard, and external API experience within Cision’s next generation B2B SaaS platform• Managing development of 2 backend Elastic clusters and numerous APIs necessary to bring that data through to the front-end, utilizing Kibana, Swagger, and Cerebro for quality checks• Coordinating 4 development teams consisting of a combination of back-end, front-end, and quality assurance engineers, utilizing Jira and Confluence for user story creation and product documentation• Ongoing participation in Cision’s product mentorship program as both a mentor and mentee• Drove a user integration clean-up initiative resulting in $36,000 in annual platform savings• Spearheaded creation of a new PI Planning workflow using Airtable and an automated bug prioritization process using Jira
