• Defined and implemented enterprise data strategy, enterprise data assets, data governance policy, and master data management principles across cross-functional teams. Develop the Data Governance Operating Model including role definitions and accountabilities, charters, customer data quality dashboards, decision logs, change controls, data issue management and waiver processes.• Build, develop and lead a team of skilled and high performing data steward team that delivers business value and set up the first cross-functional data steward team to build product and customer MDM data. 500K unique Tire SKUs across 5,000+ retail sites.• Lead an architecture organization responsible from 0-1 for design, development, testing and delivery of an enterprise class cloud native SaaS offering using agile development methodologies.• Developed the data and machine learning platform in Google Cloud and migrated in-house data warehouse into the new Google cloud platform in eight months.• Managing data engineers, data scientists and software engineers, DevOps, test automation and analytics professionals, working in an agile squad to design and deliver solutions to meet business requirements.• Design, Develop, Test and implement the Data Migration and pipeline scripts.• Collaborate with other business partners to develop advanced statistical approaches and tools that will drive strategicdecision making related to reserving, trends and other challenging problems central to our business.• Lead and collaborated with consulting company to build an industry-first Blockchain tire MVP solution in six months.

Served as Tech Lead to build a distribution machine learning platform on in-house Hadoop clusters. Established the company’s first GPU-based image processing and prediction deep learning model to cut 80% of manual workload for a $4B GeoScience company that is ranked as the top seismic data processing company and leader in the oil industry with 5,000+ global employees.• Provided leadership in developing pre-processing data ELT pipeline and end-to-end built data collection on Hadoop platform. Architected and implemented a new data warehouse using it for data mining. • Designed and delivered a high accuracy machine learning predicting model with 95%+ true positive rate while overseeing agile testing, hyperparameter tuning, and model validation.• Wrote real-time predicting models via Kafka, Spark Streaming, and MLlib to enable task running time prediction, task resource prediction, and task failure prediction. Reduced computing resource costs for the department by $2M per year.• Architected real-time API for predictive models with overall response time of less than one second.• Created customized solutions based on client specifications and provided post-delivery support.• Developed and maintained Oracle database to write PL/SQL packages and procedures while directing the Agile software product development lifecycle. • Managed quality control and wrote unit test code for Oracle procedures.
