Over the course of 12+ months we train and license the best Technician's in the LTC community through hands on training, classroom education, and assessments.-Payroll; streamlined current processes within payroll reporting-Benefits: Implemented a comprehensive benefit package and became an ACA specialist through collaboration with Attorney's and networking affiliates-Leadership Training and Development Course: Created a course to develop leaders of the organization to reach their full potential in handling difficult conversations, master workflow communication, create top producers, become successful mentors, and lead through positivism in the workplace.
