At Tech Terrace I started with book keeping and property management through their rental properties. My other duties consisted of rent collections, eviction notices, lease agreements, tenant transitions, and repair requests. I also assisted clients with property listings. Over the time span of working at Tech Terrace I began helping clients buy and sell their own homes. On average per year I have had 65 leasing agreements signed, and 15 real-estate transactions. All residential properties within the Lubbock community.

I managed all accounts for the company, and assisted with their finances. I dealt with all residential properties with this company in the greater Lubbock Community.

While interning at Coldwell Banker, my focus was research based. I contacted property owners about any interests in Coldwell Banker's services. I filed documents and paperwork for the offices transactions. I was responsible for attending all meetings and creating appointments for clients.
