I support export compliance, research security, and information protection at Idaho National Laboratory — the Department of Energy’s flagship national laboratory for nuclear energy and civil nuclear technology.Regularly and independently engages with scientific and technical staff to ensure institutional compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, in support of groundbreaking science in civil nuclear technology, advanced nuclear fuels and reactors, national security, nuclear nonproliferation, and more.Advises all levels of laboratory personnel including senior management on export control issues, considerations, and solutions in support of compliant and risk-mitigated international collaboration to help enable an impactful R&D mission whose breadth and depth are at the forefront of energy and national security research in the United States.Currently pursuing a Professional Master of Science in Global and National Security at the University of New Mexico’s Global and National Security Policy Institute.
