I have been in the audio industry my entire life. The first time I was ever introduced to audio was at a church in Louisville, KY in 2005. My dad was a frequent FOH hired by the church and he brought me along then sat me down on a decommissioned console right next to his and I would mix on the old Yamaha DM2000 while he would work on the brand new PM5D at the time. My journey into the world of audio had begun. At five to six years old I began to go with my dad on the regular and learned the basics of signal flow, cable types, audio consoles, DAWs, techniques, etc. I would work hard to internalize everything each show and opportunity taught me quickly becoming the go to guy for production questions about system configurations and problem solving for when things went wrong. Everywhere I went, it wouldn't be long before I learnt that systems inner workings. My desire to learn lead me into other areas of the world like pro tools editing, broadcast mixing, systems engineer, networking, coding, studio work, sound design, podcasting VO, system design, and more through working with a church in Lee's Summit, Missouri, Journey Church International, for well over a decade now which lead me to become heavily involved with their production department. I have years of experience across multitude of different paths with it all culminating in pursuing a professional education at the CRAS (Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences) soon after graduating high school. Going to CRAS taught me even more then what I already knew and allowed me to build up my skills while developing productive new ones and gaining official certifications in Pro Tools, Dante Networking, T.C Electronics M3000 & S6000 units, Focusrite Rednet & Rednet Advanced, and a few more while shortly after school beginning to work on my certifications in C++ and C# coding as well. Shortly after finishing my time on campus, I moved to LA to pursue an internship at THE MIX ROOM in Burbank and North Hollywood, California. After finishing up in LA, I moved back to Kansas City for the time being to continue building upon my sound design skills for post production and video games. I am consistently challenging myself to grow, learn, improve, and inspire others to a new plane of audio engineering. I love all facets of the industry and am open to anything that comes my way!
