Discover ITT is a unique training facility in light of all curriculum is presented in an Instructor-led Training method. Classes are held in a comfortable classroom which accomodate eight students at a time. We firmly believe that students do incredibly better in a small group environment where their questions and needs can be met in a more personal, one on one manner.

Install and troubleshoot network and computer issues for small to medium sized companies. Installed new networks for clients in the range of five to fifty computers. Helped clients in personalizing software for individual use. Performed hardware upgrades to existing workstations and servers for more efficient work. Developed strategy to implement ease of use to certain Microsoft applications.

Troubleshoot, configure, and install computers for this school. Was also in charge of teaching classes based on the products used by the school to better instruct the teachers and administration on how to use them more efficiently and effectively. Diagnosed and resolved most all technical problems encountered by the school staff. The goal of my work was to speed the reaction time for IT support in the school and to also reduce the cost of IT staff. Responsible for work-smart performance of computers and all technological devices throughout the school. Performed first line of support for hardware and software issues that would arise.
