Austin Dean got his start buying and selling banking equipment domestically and internationally 12 years ago. Combining this with his passion for the diamond trade, allowing him to become a successful entrepreneur by the young age of 21 years old, he soon realized that there was so much more outside the box of an ordinary life.After starting his studies in Business at the University of North Texas, Austin decided to continue studying in Sydney, Australia where he would graduate from Hillsong International Leadership College. Having personal development as a core value, Austin would later join the John Maxwell’s Program to enrich his knowledge on leadership training. His experience and personal story have allowed him to build leaders in 6 different countries around the world.Church building is a large factor in Austin’s life. He’s a key part of one of the largest churches in Europe, located in Lisbon - Portugal. Dedicating his life to seeing others grow and realize their inner most purpose is what drives him to continually grow himself and reach people around the globe.
