I spend half of my time sourcing and evaluating hundreds of climate technology startups for the ACRE Incubator, which accepts approximately 3% of applicants. I spend the other half of my time supporting our existing portfolio with fundraising, pilots, hiring, and more. ACRE has incubated 73 companies to date. They have raised nearly $2B and created 2,800+ jobs. Notable portfolio companies include Air Company, Blocpower, Dandelion Energy, NindeDot Energy, Opus One Solutions, and SEALED.

AvidLip was a first of its kind autonomous videography platform that captured and tagged video clips of skiers and snowboarders in real-time to view later online.

My Local Mountain was a web-based community application on Facebook that linked skiers and snowboarders on the basis of their local ski areas. We grew the user base to tens of thousands of users in 11 different countries.
