As the Acting Executive Director of Arden Hills Resort Club & Spa, I oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of a premier wellness resort that offers a holistic approach to health and wellness. I have been in this role since July 2019, after serving as the Assistant Executive Director and the Director of Sales & Marketing for the same organization.My passion is to bring ideas into reality and to create memorable experiences for our guests, members, and staff. I leverage my background in development and design to enhance the online presence and digital marketing of Arden Hills, as well as to streamline the internal processes and systems. I also apply my skills in sales, marketing, finance, and human resources to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a positive and productive work culture. My mission is to grow as a leader and to overcome any challenges that arise in the dynamic and competitive wellness industry.
