In this dual role, I am responsible for key account management, project management, and community engagement for a local utility company while serving as Executive Director on behalf of the Joint Economic Development Board of Unicoi County.-Directed the Joint Economic Development Board of Unicoi County, its members, and key partners to achieve short- and long-term economic and community development goals -Assisted with the planning and coordination of local development projects-Facilitated the development and implementation of a strategic plan for the EDB and a marketing plan for Unicoi County-Collected and prepared data and research of demographics, utilities, zoning, community services, financing and incentive tools and incentives for strategic initiatives-Actively recruited new industries and small businesses to the community-Maintained website and social media presence -Explored grant opportunities and completed proposals and applications-Served as a main point of contact for local industry and acted as a liaison to government-Attended conferences and workshops to stay abreast of trends and developments

-Selected to pilot the regional Key Account Manager role at a corporate level, overseeing large enterprise level accounts across several branches -Total portfolio size: $3.5 million adjusted gross profit (AGP) over 16 accounts -Created and managed complex end-to-end solutions involving multiple service divisions and transportation modes, FTZ requirements, and challenging EDI requirements -Successfully managed continual communication and timely deliverables to clients

-Managed a number of high priority accounts and helped grow their business by establishing relationships and implementing tech solutions for their supply chains-Managed a demanding portfolio totaling 2.2M in net revenue, with more than 60 customers ranging in size from small to a Top 300 national account -Saw high portfolio retention and growth despite difficult market conditions; achieved 100 percent wallet share with most customers. -Leader in the integration of the floundering Seattle branch into the Denver office -Took several Seattle accounts from at-risk to growth within a few months -Assisted in onboarding three new Account Managers -Created and managed complex end-to-end solutions involving multiple service divisions, FTZ requirements, and challenging EDI implementation

-Brought growth to accounts in a competitive market by leveraging relationships -Participated in an extensive six-month sales and account management training program-Developed multimodal solutions for customers (IMDL, LTL, FTL, Flatbed, etc…)-Sold and implemented large freight projects-Identified new growth opportunities within existing business-Conducted regular business reviews with customers
