Rated as “leader of leaders” with unlimited potential in the top 5% of all officers in the largest Infantry Training Brigade in the Army by senior rater.Spearheaded, coordinated, and executed a new recruit on boarding structure that increased Soldier retention to graduation, and was adopted by all Army training commands. This included multiple press releases, risk management briefs, and Army Senior Leader engagements. Oversaw the integration of female Soldiers in Infantry formations, while being personally responsible for the welfare of over 250 Soldiers and Cadre with a rotational $15M budget, providing the Army with new Infantrymen at 20% above the average graduation rate.

Led, managed l, and trained 130 Officers and Soldiers in preparation for dynamic USAF Global Response Force, supporting JSOC.Commended for exceptional leadership and management of resources to facilitate the training of over 2,000 West Point cadets. Mobility Officer in Charge of the deployment of a 200-vehicle fleet. Repaired, certified, and deployed the fleet, personnel, and mission critical equipment to New York within 3-weeks of returning from Ft. Polk, LA.
