I am a GIS Analyst in training and Computer Science graduate with experience in Web Development, IT management and support, Shopify development, and software development. Currently I am gaining skills at Bootcamp GIS to enhance my GIS developer skillset so I can impact the world for the better. I have real world experience with web development on the Shopify platform, and have managed a team of developers both for Shopify development and python/angular server management. I can build websites, manage website development teams, build maps in ArcGIS Pro, create workflows using modelBuilder, and visualize geographic information using ESRI's ArcGIS platform.I am passionate about the outdoors and preserving the beauty that is our planet. I spend my spare time exploring nature by rock climbing, snowboarding, mountaineering, hiking, and traveling to new places around the US.As a computer science graduate, I have worked in many positions both while in school and as an industry professional. In high school I worked for the IT department for all 4 years, and before college even started, I did an internship with a small drone company where I learned skills in marketing and basic web development. I furthered these skills in college by working for the associate student body as a web developer, and was rehired as the web manager where I led a team of 4 developers to run the associate student body website on the Angular and Python platforms. After college, I worked at GeekSquad for a summer and gained customer facing skills, and was then hired at American Hat Makers where I led the web development team for 2 years, and worked closely with SEO and marketing experts to increase customer experience and conversion rates across the website.I am currently taking courses from BootcampGIS to further my skills in GIS analytics, GIS development, ArcGIS server management, GIS agile management, AWS integration, and GIS mapping techniques. I will be done with this course in Q1 of 2025 and will be seeking jobs within the GIS industry
