I was promoted from Account Manager at D3 Solutions, to help open and launch our new Arizona territory ran by 4th Dimension. I had the unique opportunity to be the primary person responsible for team development and growth in this new territory. I was able to manage everything from personnel coverage at our clients locations, to training both in the office and for our clients events, as well as recruiting staff. I loved this role because I was able to make an impact internally on the team and externally for our clients' bottom lines.

D3 was my start in sales and the professional world. My job was to generate leads for our clients, and train teams how to do it across the United States. I learned a lot about grit, handling rejection, training teams, speaking in front of groups, and being effective while traveling. My favorite part was my role training individuals - oftentimes I'd take someone with zero experience and turn them into a sales machine. I loved how I could help someone develop a skill while also helping them achieve their financial goals.
