Kirwan Most Improved Chapter Award.- Collaborated with a committee of alumni to plan and execute a 75th anniversary weekend with over 300 alumni in attendance to honour 75 years of our organization at the University of Maryland.- Acted as the chief representative of an organization of 71 members in relation to the University of Maryland administration, the Interfraternity Council, the Province, and the National Fraternity Service Center.- Motivated and managed an executive board of nine officers and 14 appointed positions to ensure completion of all duties.
