Plans future training, while resourcing transportation, meal plans, and external recourses required. Develops and maintains discipline and ensures the well-being of all assigned future Soldiers. Accountable for over $300,000 worth of equipment.

Serves as a Maintenance Management Supervisor for 1st Squadron, 3d Cavalry Regiment; responsible for the discipline, accountability, training, welfare, and professional development of 25 employees and four assistant managers; supervises all aspects of Field Level support maintenance encompassing The Army Maintenance Management System, and Global Combat Support System, Army Logistics Information System program for over 200 combat vehicles and 3500 pieces of ancillary support equipment valued over 500 Million Dollars. Responsible for the property accountability of over $10,000,000 worth of equipment.
