I was a mentor underneath of owner and former professional MLB pitcher Rookie Davis over the course of 3 years. As a performance coach, I was directly responsible for youth baseball and softball player development. Developed a niche for youth baseball pitchers where I was able to teach athletes the proper throwing mechanics from a biomechanical standpoint in order to achieve maximum efficiency throughout the throwing motion. Very experienced in analyzing pitching metrics such as velcity, spin rate/direction, spin axis, vertical/horizontal movement where I developed individualized arsenals for each youth baseball pitcher. Also responsible for conducting youth camps of baseball and softball athletes to expose them to a multitude of drills throughout their session by maximizing time management.

Served as the manager at Swing Away NC, an interactive family entertainment business. I was in charge of marketing and scheduling of appointments within the interactive golf and baseball simulator bays. Along with this, I managed inventory for snacks and beverages while determining schedules for order placement. As the manager, I prioritized the customer experience and resolved any issues at hand while providing the best service.

One of 5 team captains where I was personally responsible for leading the pitching staff for two consecutive years. My role as a captain included holding teammates accountable and operating at the necessary pace during practices to achieve the daily requirements determined by our Head Coach. Along with this, I was involved in any internal disciplinary actions that needed attention. Lastly, myself and other captains worked together in order to plan out travel weekends for away games, hotel room assignments, and control team comradery. Helped lead the team to consecutive appearances in the NJCAA Region X Conference Tournament.
