I was a co-founder of Zero-Knowledge Systems and acted as it's President from 1997 to 2001. I assisted the company in raising $75 million in venture financing, and was involved in all operations of product development, marketing, business development and was the public face of our work on the issues of Internet privacy.

As one of the founders of Total.Net I was the Chief Technology Officer for Total.Net one of the largest ISPs in Canada at the time.I oversaw the integration of numerous aquisitions of ISPs, managed the authentication, networks and infrastructure for Total.Net which provided Internet service for more than 60,000 Canadians.

Infobahn Online Service was a Montreal based Internet Service Provider that I founded and later merged with another ISP to create Total.Net which became one of Canada's largest ISPs.
