Advanced and communicated with bands, outlining day of show schedules and answered any questions regarding technical specs and setup at the Garrison. Oversaw volunteer crew on site at ensuring door and stage operations were maintained while keeping showcases running on time. Assisted in the setup and tear down of stage equipment and any other duties to assist the venue and its staff to ensure a successful show. Liaised between venue and Bunz staff managing a venue takeover throughout the 2017 festival.

• Coordinated and assisted in advancing between Stage Managers and Assistant Stage Managers, Artists and Tour Managers, as well as liaising between Production and Venue Management to ensure all showcase information including production schedules, backline requirements, artist and tech riders, venue and festival policies, etc, were confirmed by all parties• Oversaw Front of House volunteer team including Door Personnel using Eventbrite Ticketing Ap and cashiers while managing festival FOH operations including guest lists, orchestrating patron flow into venue, and any additional on site box office duties, while working alongside Stage Managers to ensure success of all BOH operations adhering to artists and each showcase• Communicated between festival ops, assisting in liaising between sponsors providing real time reassurance of positive representation of their brand within the venue
