Growing up in a small farming community in Northwest Iowa and working in the business, Austin learned to value hard work, and the importance of putting the customer first. He developed a passion for helping others and making a positive impact on those around him. Values which he carries with him into his professional career. He attended college at Iowa State University and graduated from the Ivy College of Business in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in both finance and management with a minor in entrepreneurial studies. During his time at Iowa State Austin was committed to being an active leader and making a deference on campus. Serving as an active member of the College of Business, Business Council, Iowa State Finance Club, and the National Society of Leadership and Success. He was on the exec. Board of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars for four years and was president of the organization for two. Austin was also an active member of the Iowa Statesmen Men’s chorus in which he served as treasurer and president leading the men on a trip to NYC to perform in Carnegie Hall as well as various tours throughout the Midwest. After graduating college Austin moved to Omaha to join Collaborative Planning Group where he is able to fulfill his passion of helping others. He is a detail-oriented individual who is determined to solve problems and find solutions. Austin is proficient at building and maintaining professional relationships. He likes to spend his free time enjoying the company of friends and family and adventuring the outdoors.
