Insight Onsite's Sales Center of Excellence identifies opportunities to apply best practices and realize sales potential, thereby fast-tracking growth. I managed cross-functionally with marketing, product strategy, business development, research, and venture capital teams to define Google Play’s strategy in the nascent mobile eSports space. In total, I communicated with 7 teams across many seniority levels within Alphabet to formulate insights and four recommendations. For example, I met with a managing partner at GV to discuss the venture capital developments in the esports space. Additionally, I leveraged data reports to gain a holistic view of the billion-dollar eSports industry to drive insight creation and data-driven decision making. Moreover, I leveraged my unique perspective as a Chinese double major to analyze the Chinese eSports landscape.

I worked with the Global Brand team under the EVP of Marketing. In a team setting, I conducted brand research, brand governance, and brand awareness in an innovative environment. Additionally, I expanded my knowledge of value propositions and operations within a top 50 brand. Moreover, I ensured design mockups from 23 global internal and external stakeholders were compliant with PayPal’s brand guidelines. Also, I performed brand research and competitive analysis using Excel and PowerPoint to evaluate over 15 brand ranking systems. Finally, I used a millennial’s insight to develop three new internal brand engagement modules for customer and merchant brand interaction.
