Current• Provide residents of a luxury 200+ apartment community with an enhanced livingexperience through excellent customer service• Manage and assist in all resident’s needs; efficiently address and resolve all issues andconcerns within a timely manner• Cultivate and support tenant relationships to achieve high occupancy rates, minimalturnover, and renewal of long-term leases• Complete lead and account management through Salesforce, and ManagementReports International database• Partner with maintenance team to aid in turn process and ensure apartments are readyfor move in• Collaborate with onsite team and outside vendors to plan and implement residentevents
